Low cost airlines are reducing costs these days so as to offer cheaper and cheaper fares to passengers. Thus they charge passengers for food, extra weight, headphones, etc. Have a look at this video which satirizes low cost airlines and the fact they almost sell everything so as to make a profit. We are currently dealing with written and oral complaints in tourism.
